Wild + Bloom's commitment to quality products and to our customers is of great importance to us. It is therefore paramount that our customers are happy with their purchase.


Wild + Bloom accepts payment by Paypal and credit card, using the secure services of Paypal. All prices listed are in Canadian dollars by default.

After you have selected the item/s you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout where you will be invited to either checkout as a guest, register your details or log in if you have previously registered your details. When you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed and you will receive an email containing your order confirmation.


We endeavour to prepare and ship your order within 2-5 days of receiving it and a tracking number will be e-mailed upon shipment. However, in the case of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather affecting delivery we may not be able to deliver the goods in the time frame that was given - any enquiries into shipping such as rush orders, gift wrapping and/or sending to a gift recipients address, please feel welcome to contact us however most convenient - phone/text +1 613-777-0373 or e-mail alex@wildandbloom.ca


Wild + Bloom currently ships to US and Canadian addresses with $5 for orders of the small art prints, a flat rate of $16 for all other orders in Canada and FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150. We primarily ship UPS and for orders of small print we use a combination of Canada Post and USPS. We will send you a tracking number once your order is ready to ship.

For shipping rates to international addresses as well as Hawaii, Alaska, military bases, American territories such as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, etc., and the Canadian Territories (North West Territories, Nunavut and Yukon) please contact us and we will arrange the best value shipping for you as soon as possible. For precise shipping costs to your country of residence, email alex@wildandbloom.ca and we will happily offer discounted shipping quotes and booking. Customers from the USA are usually exempt from customs and duties for all orders under $200;  Wild + Bloom will cover costs if charged and although this has not happened so far please contact us if this ever does happen. International customers are required to pay any import duty, foreign taxes or fees payable upon importation of their order into the destination country. 


If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please advise us in writing to hello@wildandbloom.ca within 30 business days of receipt of the item you have purchased, including the order number and the reasons why you are dissatisfied with the item.

In the situation where the item you receive is faulty, not as  or not what you ordered, you may apply for a refund or exchange. Provided Wild + Bloom is satisfied that an error was made in consignment of the item purchased or that a fault has occurred prior to the item being delivered to you, Wild + Bloom will pay the shipping costs for returning the faulty or incorrect item to Wild + Bloom and for dispatching the replacement item to you.

In the case of refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

When sending returned items to Wild + Bloom we advise you use registered mail because Wild + Bloom does not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your application for refund or exchange. In considering any application for refund or exchange Wild + Bloom reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.

In the situation where you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a faulty or incorrect item, you may return, exchange, or get store credit. Shipping charges for those returns are to be paid by the customer. We are happy to assist in arranging discount shipping and scheduling for the customer. In addition, we kindly request all items returned to Wild + Bloom for exchange are intact and in saleable condition.


While Wild + Bloom strives to keep our website accurate and up to date, it may contain errors, inaccuracies or may not be current at the time of viewing.

Wild + Bloom does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products or on any information provided on the Wild + Bloom website. Many of the items available at Wild + Bloom are antique and/or hand crafted and may have slight flaws and imperfections, which are part of their charm and value as pieces that have their own unique story to tell. We endeavour through our descriptions and stock images to ensure that our customers are aware of any flaws and imperfections in the items they may wish to purchase. Neither Wild + Bloom, nor its employees, agents or contractors are liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to the use of this website or any other website linked to this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, and punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information.
