RETURNS AND EXCHANGEs
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please advise us at email@example.com within 30 business days of receipt, including the order number and the reasons why you are returning with the item. In the case of refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
If the item you receive is faulty, not as described, or not what you ordered please let us know if you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit. Provided Wild + Bloom is satisfied that an item is faulty or an error was made, Wild + Bloom will pay the shipping costs for the return and, if applicable, the shipping costs for an exchange.
In the situation where you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a faulty or incorrect item, you may return, exchange, or get store credit. Shipping charges for such returns are to be paid by the customer. We are happy to assist in arranging discount shipping rates and scheduling for the customer. In addition, we kindly request all items returned to Wild + Bloom for exchange are intact and in saleable condition. If shipping is arranged by the customer we strongly advise registered mail because Wild + Bloom does not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process a refund or exchange. In considering any refund or exchange Wild + Bloom reserves the right to inspect items upon receipt.
